About My Bill
Sewer service is billed monthly. Invoices are sent to the post office the first working day of the month. Payment is due on the 27th of the month. A penalty of 10% per annum will be applied if payment is not received at the Authority office by the close of business on the 27th (or next business day).
A lock box is conveniently located in the vestibule of the Municipal Building at 430 Blue Shutters Road and is accessible 24/7 for you to drop off your payment. Please Note: RBTSA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, OR MISDIRECTED MAIL.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Payments made to Roaring Brook Township Sewer (RBTSA) must be in the form of cash, check or money order. If you are paying by cash please try to have the exact amount since the office does not have a lot of cash on hand. We are not able to accept credit, debit, or telephone payments.
You may use your bank’s online bill pay system; however, please note that your bank will issue us a paper check which will be sent via the US Mail, frequently from out of state servicing centers. If you utilize this method of payment, please allow at least 10 days for receipt of your check.
